Dear Filmmakers!!
Featuring the 13th issue of the "Jena Short Film Festival", this years "cellu l'art" is scheduled for 24 - 29 April 2012. Once again we are looking forward towards your iconographic treasures. Until February 19, 2012 you can submit your shortfilm to our festival. As usual the fesival features a prize-awarded international competition. Furthermore "cellu l'art 13" highlights the rich and yet uncharted film business of South-Korea.

Extract from the regulation:
The film shouldn't exceed 25 minutes and has to be produced after January 1, 2011.
Closing date for your screening copy and corresponding participation form is February 19, 2012.
We raise an entrance fee of 5 Euro, which has to be paid until February 19, 2012 in order to participate.

If you want to have your film to be featured on our intended "best of Festival"-DVD, please check the corresponding mark in the registration form.
